Group Orca Problems

I seem to be having a problem with ORCA group forums.No one can create a new topic or even create a forum for their respected groups.They keep getting the error 404 but the strange thing is i can get there if i am logged into the admin panel.but only by typing the url i found on here.does anyone have a clue how i could fix this?

After a little more investigation it seems that it is not redirecting correctly. When i Click the link to post a topic it reads like this.

http://www.mysite.com/groups/orca/forum/

But if i type in a "#" symbol before forum like so

http://www.mysite.com/groups/orca/#forum/

It takes me to the forum page for that specific group .

Has this happened to anyone else and what can i do to solve it?

I have exactly the same problem. Did you fix it yet?

I solved it! The .htaccess file was missing. Just copy it from the dolphin installation zip!

Someone else suggested that to me but it didnt work for me I will try it again

Somewhat...I got help from this thread...It works somewhat but there are still some redirects that dont work to well
