Group Albums Support

Does D7 support group video and picture albums, like ones for member account?

In present system - no, it doesn't. Group can have 1 photo and 1 video album.

As a social community software, I think the group functions should be enriched, such as albums and easy navigating tools.

I agree! Seems odd that groups would be a seperate module entirely when it should just maintain and control access to Video/Sounds/Files/Forums/Blogs/News/People Albums assigned to the group.
