We were. Since we're not a creative agency, I feel fine "borrowing" good ideas. After all this is just bunch of popular conventions and our previous design was very close to this. Full-vertical menu didn't work as well as we hoped and we also wanted to get rid of some homepage clutter. It's a quick update.
