Google Analytics code placement

I have searched but I am still a bit unclear as to where to place the code for Google Analytics.

I put the code in the base template _footer.html last night like this
and google are saying that tracking is not installed yet?

Is this right what I have done below?

What template are you using?

Did you make sure to clean your cache?

PM a site link to me if you like or right click on your page and "view source" and check the bottom of that for your tracking code, it should be there.
