Getting What You Pay For

Hello,

Could you please share the solution to this problem with the community:

http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/topic/field-builder-error-when-adding-new-item.htm#topic/field-builder-error-when-adding-new-item.htm

I'd like to use the software I paid for but can not use it because it does not work.

I intend on building a high-profile site with Boonex software.  But will scrap plans and move on if I can't get some support.

You have a fabulous product but only if it works.

This is a simple problem and it should not take days to get an answer from you.

I may have only paid $39 for the base module, but I DID pay and I expect the product to work as advertised.

Please assist in this matter, I am not going to chase you down and beg for help.

Either post the solution to this problem or send me my $39 back.

Please contact me today!

Thank you,
Barracuda

Barracuda,  the most common cause of this problem is NEW_ITEM getting stuck in your profiles table- but it could also be in your profile fields table.  Go into phpmyadmin and delete these and it should work.  Pay attention to any fields that have an ID of 0 as that is likely a problem also.  There could be other causes of this, but this is the most likely one.

I understand your frustration, but a rant is not going to get you very far here (not that most of us haven't done it)- many of us have struggled with these issues for months.  This maybe is not really a cross post as the rant seems more central to your post than the request for a technical solution, but if you are this frustrated already you are not likely to get very far with this product.
