Getting Database errors sent to my email

Hello guys!

First time to encounter this. Suddenly getting emails like 4 emails every minute with the following text:

==================
Database error in <my community name>
Mysql error:
User <my cpanel username> has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
Debug backtrace:
Array

[line] => 23

)

...and other errors similar above but now pointing to modules.inc, bxBaseConfig.php,cupid.php, get_rss_feed.php

My portal seems to be working anyway. Is this a cause for alarm? Is this more of hosting issue or Dolphin DB screwing up?

Thanks,

Sam

Are you can read? :)

User <my cpanel username> has already more than 'max_user_connections' active connections

this is mean that you have .. often have many connections to your database, more than allowed maximum

You can choose next:

1. expand this value (ask from hosting)

2. disable features - cupid matchmaking of member

Hi Andrey,

Thanks for the tip. I'm now chatting with some support guy from hostforweb.com on how to resolve this.

Thanks,

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
