Get more info when adding sites

I wondering how i might get the meta tag description from a site when I'm adding a site to my website and paste it in to the site description field. I know this has to be fairly simple it already get's the site title and paste it in the the title field shouldn't be that much harder to get the title and keywords would make it much faster for adding sites.
