 Hello everybody, would it be difficult to have a search , let s say in the header, searching everything in our dolphin site. Right now we have the default search in members, in events, in groups etc.., could we have just one good search . I had google but i don't want to have advertisements in my site,. . Did someone already implement this? thanks laurent |

Yeah, why not? I've seen a bunch of them, but at the moment I can't think of any specific examples. Easy way to test would to just put the google code in an html block. A bit trickier for the header, but I assume that can be done also. - Rob - UPDATE: Sorry Laurent - I didn't read your post carefully enough to see that you said you didn't want Google ads. I know there are open source programs that do this without ads - I will try to find out their names, but if others have input here it would probably be better as I have never used them.

Seems global search by dolphin content is non standard dolphin functional. This is available only as modification to dolphin. |
