Gallery Photos - Blank White - png

I am using Dolphin 6.1.4

I noticed that a .png file I uploaded in photo gallery came out looking like a blank white picture.

This is because there is no thumbnail created when I upload a .png file.

I can see

...../media/images/sharingImages/1_m.jpg

...../media/images/sharingImages/2_m.jpg

...../media/images/sharingImages/3_m.jpg

.........

BUT

...../media/images/sharingImages/7_m.png

is MISSING.

AND

..../media/images/sharingImages/7.png
EXISTS.

So it has to be during the thumbnail creation process, correct ?

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

The same issue here. I am not sure if it's a png though.
