GUESTS - NON MEMBERS

I want to be able to allow some events to haev ability to allow non users who haev public view of event to be able to join the event although theydont have to join web site - Is there a way you can modify to allow people to join event and profile their name and email address and dob ? This could be a revised actions block just for this purpose and this enters these people into teh databse as non members or guests ?
