This is nothing more than a clone of the Boonex Groups module, renamed to pages. Upload the files to your site, and install the module in admin. If you don't know how to do that, you should probably learn.
Add this line to .htaccess in your site's root:
RewriteRule ^forum/pages/(.*)$ modules/boonex/forum/$1?orca_integration=pages [QSA,L]
^^^ This is a pretty important step... I wouldn't skip it, if I were you ^^^^
I was going to use this to replace the groups module, but I use several group addon modules that made this a litle more trouble than it was worth. I did it a little differently.
My idea was, that the 'Groups' module would be better named 'Pages'. A quick look at the market will reveal numerous pseudo-clones of the groups module, with all kinds of different names. You got hotels,motels, restaurants, hookers, and who knows what else. Obviously, "Groups' is a bad name for some of these, and in my opinion, 'Pages' is not.
Anyway, perhaps someone will find this useful.
Disclaimer: Use this at your own risk. There is no reason why uploading and installing this module, should make your entire site blow up and disappear into a black hole. Nevertheless, when Dolphin is concerned, stranger things have happened.
