Just upload the contents of the zip file to your sites root. Add ?skin-uniFW to the end of url to switch to the template.
You'll have to add language keys to put content in the dropdown, and edit some html files. It's all pretty straightforward. You should be able to add this to any template with a little work. Just copy the css from this templates top_menu.css and paste it to the end of your other templates top_menu.css You'll have to adjust the colors. You'll also need to replace your templates /scripts/BxTmplMenu.php file with the one from this template. Things may need a little tweaking, but it shouldn't be anything major.
Key parts of this template work of derivatives of translated language keys, and if you have changed the names of top menu items, you'll need to make some adjustments... just post any problems here. Also, you cannot use icons for top menu list items... it has to be text, so you'll have to delete the icon file name in navigation menu builder.
