It seems to want this option for alot of the buttons on mail section. Smiley button asks to download a file as well. Actually all most all the options on the builder is asking to download that in a html form. There are a few things like the ime stamp that will post to email, but most want to download. Okay found out what the bug was. It was on my side. I was doing what was stated in this blog. http://www.boonex.com/unity/forums/#topic/How-to-use-an-index-html-page-with-d7.htm And after added to .htaccess file I got this bug all over my hosting site.
