Forum Search Turns up blank page

Using "forum" "search" that it turned up a blank page.

Any solutions for a fix?

Blank page means a error is occuring.

Cannot provide a fix without knowing the error.

So you need to either turn error reporting on in your php.ini configuration or look for a error.log file on your server that contains the errors.

Without a error, we cannot tell you what is wrong.
