Forum Block Link Open Same Window

I've been editing way too much today and need a break big time.

If anyone happens to know where one might find the following to edit that would be great:

I am trying to make/edit the block that the forum/rss feed shows up in on the index page block, as well as where the fourm shows up in member/account page and on the members profile page.

The part that I wand to edit/change is when clicking on it or a particular member latest forum I really want it to open in the same window...ie I don't want it to open in a new window.

I was looking for a target=_blank somewhere that I could change to target=_top but I didn't see it. Maybe I missed it or it could be even using another type of code or something.

Anyway if anyone has messed with the same or knows right off hand that would be great. I'm gonna take a break and come back to it later. If I happen to find it before someone replies to this I'll update this.
