i think this problem from in sql, you can be executed in a language level template email !

The problem is very strange on your site. When i submit the login form, the ajax request doesn't return the validation response but the login form itself. I suppose you made some change that messed this up.

You should know with apache should not put upload_max_filesize than 2000 MB
