 Hi, . My friend has a Dolphin website on his dedicated and has an issue with the Forgot Password feature for when members forget their passwords. . You can enter in your Email address and the system recongnizes you as a member. It then tells you an Email has been sent to your inbox, yet the Email never arrives. Any ideas what could be the problem? . This is in Dolphin 6.1.6 If I had to guess, perhaps a SMTP issue, but that's just a shot in the dark. . Your help is greatly appreciated! Jimmy :-) |

Interesting. When I try Contact Us, fill out the fields, and click submit, it returns with 'Email send failed.' I am most certain I have the Emails setup correctly in inc/header.inc.php What do you think? Thanks! :-) |
Solution my friend's hosting company gave to him I have changed the ownership of the folders within /var/spool/exim to be owned as mail:mail and now mail is sending properly. Perhaps this might help somebody in the future :D :-) |
