Footer and Header Background Colours

Hi Guys,

Does anyone know how to change the background colours for headers and footer please?

To change the header background I've gone into general.css under templates/base and found sys_main_logo, below that is the current colour, change that to whatever you want.

Go back into admin panel and clear cache etc then refresh page, should be all done.
