Following Profile Fields

I was wondering if anyone has been able to make it so a profile field would only display options depending on the previous profile field. Example: Car Make and Model. Say user picks Ford for car make, I want car model to only display options related to Ford models. Please help

I think that might be available in Dolphin 8
