BoonEx uses a subdomain that relays information to Dolphin concerning whether or not Flash applications are properly registered, a remnant from the days of yore when they were still known as the Ray Community Widget Suite. After the transfer of hardware, this subdomain ceased to function.

The issue has been resolved, and your Flash applications should return to functioning normally once the changes made propagate. For more information, see http://www.boonex.com/unity/blog/entry/Trac_Flash_Apps_Rego_7_0_2.

CVP and PS still NOT REGISTERED!!  Does everybody still have this problem or am I an isolated case?  Andrew promised this to be fixed by now.

PLEASE HELP!!  This seems to be a problem that only select site owners are having.  Andrew wrote it off as a firewall problem.  But that doesn't make sense to me if it has only affected the Video Comments Player and Photo Shooter, not all Flash Apps going through the firewall.  HOW DO I FIX THIS?  BOONEX PLEASE PROVIDE INSTRUCTIONS IF RE-INSTALLATION OF THOSE APPS, OR ANOTHER SPECIFIC PROCEDURE, IS REQUIRED.

The problem was resolved a few days ago, try to login to admin panel and open open Flash Apps - the problem should disappear.

Hey, just tried.  It is still showing that these two flash apps are "not registered".

Any luck with anyone else?

every one seems to forget to mention the fact they need to replace  /flash/modules/global/app/admin.swf  from the 7.0.2  patch  even dolphin 6.1.6 users as well.

i say this because i would much rather have it go to boonex.com/raycheck  then raycheck.boonex.com ...

To anyone else with this problem, the solution is to reinsert your single Dolphin license code in the field for the individual apps.  While the license code was rejected as not being recognized when I first tried this, now that the firewall problem has been resolved the codes will be accepted.  NOTE: THE APPS WILL NOT REGISTER AUTOMATICALLY IF YOU HAD THIS PROBLEM BEFORE THE UPGRADE.  IT HAS TO BE DONE MANUALLY.

Hope this helps.
