 I have correctly installed the FILES Module, now when any of the members or even the admin uploads any files, it shows as pending & when the moderators sets the status as active, the files & folders just disappear. Cannot be found by visitor or member, only moderator can see these files from the admin. Anybody facing similar issue ??? Kindly help me

Sounds as a privacy setting of some sorts, did you check if the visibility is set to "public" ?? If it's only visible to the Admin, maybe you selected "Only Me" or to some custom made group... I just installed the module to check it for you, it's working fine here.
Edit: Have a look also that you have enabled the view for members in Admin Panel>>Settings>>Membership Levels>>Levels>>System Levels>>Actions for the desired group, you want to make sure that "View Files" is written in blue (active) and not in gray color (inactive). |
