File not processed yet

Strange thing, this is the first time that I have this kind of problem. I uploaded .mp3 file and everything went like should it be. File was uploaded, processed and is available on sounds page but when I upload video file, in this case it was .mp4 and .mov video files, nothing is happens, File not processed yet. I don't have cronjob alerts, I received message for uploaded sounds files and that's it. Server settings is everywhere ok, ffmpeg file have right permission and in flash apps h264 codec is checked for use. Upgrade from 7.3.2 - 7.3.3 was successfull and without problems. Any suggestion?

What are your might be having is timing issues.

Photos, work fine

videos, upload fine, but when try to play it says "File not processed yet"

audio, upload fine, but when try to play it says "File not processed yet"

I am not technical, but it seems that everything is good and the backend says all ok for the apache mods should be installed!

please advise.

Photos uploads don't require ffmpeg to process them.  Sounds and Videos use the ffmpeg to process the files.  It could be that the cron job is not running to process the files.  Are any other cron jobs running?

i am not quit sure about cron jobs, i have no technical information...

i have installed it using softaculous auto-installer!
