File need to bring footer up

What file and code needs to be edited in order to bring up the footer?

It's not a matter of bringing the footer up. It does not work that way.

You must have something on your page that is occupying space that is pushing the footer down. You need to find it and remove it.

We will not be able to tell you where from a screen shot. We will need to see the actual site.
