File is not downloading

The Files module is not working well

You can upload file...but when you downloading it...its just 0 bytes.

I've tried for few times with different file sizes.

Just found out kinda same problem with Sounds.

You can upload track, and its playing. But when you trying to dl it ..pop up window shows up saying: Method(actionDownload) was not found in module(sounds)
