Feedback Module

I have just had a concerning email from support@boonex.com

I emailed informing then of an issue with the feedback module, which is a boonex module. The issue is the module is being spammed with hundreds of submissions. The strange thing was it was showing it was my profile that was submitting them.

The staff member said this. 

Search the forum. Myself and others have already provided solution to this problem.

 Thanks, I have done a search and can not find one identical to my issues, there is posts about guests doing it but not a registered member and without the owner doing it. 

There is a thing with Dolphin where if the Author for a record is missing, the author is displayed as Administrator. Implement the fix for Guests and the Spam should stop.

Searching the forum is NOT always the definitive solution. In all honesty, I find a forum search only produces 20-30% of the things I need to find.

A far better solution  "if" a forum search fails, is to do a Google search. You don't need to be specific, but make sure you prefix your search with Boonex - NOT dolphin:

These are known issues and they're already fixed and included with the 7.3.5 upgrade.

As for the support reply, it looks like Leonid might have been confused and thought this was about something else.
