Featured Members / Leaders

I'm starting to get a bit frustrated with both of these blocks.

Nothing appears in them, and I can't figure out how to make profiles show up in them. I want them on my homepage, but if they're blank it's just an eyesore. Mind you, I just have 5 profiles, which are close friends who I asked to make them so I could test the software...but still. I asked them to rate other profiles and what not, so you'd think one would become featured or a leader, but no.

Frustrating! Help, please.

well - featured members - it is members marked by admin - you can make it in admin area >> profiles >> just find profile you want to mark and edit it. You will find part - mark as featured.

What about leaders - only if member will have 3 or more votes in a day - he will be leader of day - if he will have 3 or more votes in 3 days- he will be leader of week and so on.
