Hey,
I know this question has been asked before in forums, but I still don't really understand how to fix this problem.
I get this when I try to install.
Fatal error: Call to undefined function mb_internal_encoding() in E:\domains\p\poetofzwan.com\user\htdocs\install\index.php on line 541
In one of the other threads, it says something about php.ini file, but I don't know where this file is loacated.
Any help would be much appreciated!
