Fatal Error - Invite Friends

When I click on "Invite Friends" I get this error:

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare getparam() in /home/user/directory/site/inc/db.inc.php on line 168

I'm actually using the "Invite Center 3" mod.

Any suggestions?

Go thru mod instructions again, very thoroughly, something has been missed or misplaced, sometimes mod instructions also mislead.
