Fatal Error Call to a member function get (Param(

Fatal error: Call to a member function getParam() on a non-object in /var/www/vhosts/blackwomenart.org/httpdocs/inc/db.inc.php on line 85

This fatal error continues to plague us, site was working O.K. until late February 2018, since then every day the site crashes and produce this message.   Hosting provider say it is not server but database issue. 

Can anyone in the forum help with this issue please?

Other threads on the forum seem to indicate that someone may have exchanged a file from an older/more modern version. Another person said he made some minor changes to a file, but it turned out to be the wrong one.

As the problem happened at a specific time, do you recall anyone making any changes, or even playing with the code around that time?

Most probably it's database error.

You should receive the exact database error to your bug report email, please post full error from email in this thread.

Also you can print full error to the screen if you change the following line in inc\classes\BxDolDb.php file:

define( 'DB_FULL_DEBUG_MODE', false );

to the following:

define( 'DB_FULL_DEBUG_MODE', true );
