Fancybox can be much more

Than just showing a larger image in a blog post.  At least that is where I am seeing it in my install.  Is it used anywhere else? With a little bit of coding; I can have a very nice slideshow view of the photos in photo albums.  I am thinking of dusting off my fancybox plugin for TinyMCE; even with the bug it has, to allow my members to shrink photos in a blog post and have a fancybox pop-up of the larger image.  You can even open videos in fancybox as well as iframe and ajax content.

For those interested in what you can do; http://fancybox.net/

CoolIris was ripped from my 7.0.9 in a matter of minutes.

Fancybox will allow slideshow of images.  So what is needed is to add a bit of code to the album view.

One; which I have done, is to change the thumbnail code in a photo block to point to the resized; not original, photo file.  Clicking on the thumbnail will open the image in Fancybox.  Clicking on the link below will take one to the photo on the member's photo page where they can leave a comment, click the share button, etc.

For the album view; I will add the code to the images that shows they belong to the same gallery.  I will probably add a slideshow view link for the albums.
