False Expirey Notices?

All of my members have membership set to "Premium, expires: never" but they have started to recieve expirey notices from the site. This is on 7.09. Anyone got any ideas?

Yeah.... you should go have a beer and a few tequila shots, and think this over.

have put my vodka bottle down......

well.... I would have thought that "expires never" (as it says on the members profiles and on their membership badges) would mean that memberships nerver expire, and so the membership expirey e-mails would never be triggered.

This does not appear to be the case. Has anyone else had this problem? - the expirey I mean, not the vodka!

I do know that all memberships are still up and running and fully functioning. I upgrade all memberships to expires never so that I can always have a base membership of 1000 users to work with.
