Contact with  module's owner and ask him send your modules

PS: If possible do not write me personally, please try to ask on the forum first

Nearly every time I bought a module through paypal there was a failure in the return verification so I couldn't immediately download the module. I just send an email with my paypal reciept to the vendor and, depending on time zones of course, they reply immediately and I can download.

Never been a problem with a vendor.

But it would certainly be more comforting for the first purchase if it was fixed, whatever it is.

I sent mails to the vendors and now I have the mods, all perfect.

Thanks all!

To me this is totally unacceptable!!

I have stopped purchasing because of this.. I don't trust the system now.

Who knows when a creator will contact you.

Unforeseen events that are beyond both parties control can cause problems.

If you research you will find most creditable module creators have websites of there own, and offer up software there too.

Sometimes the module, templates are cheaper or you get "deals"

... And for the newbie that gets frustrated trying to figure out how to contact the seller, simply use the paypal email of the seller to contact them.

I don't know anyone in my 13 years online that doesn't keep an eye out on their 'payment processor emails' !

....and I believe its the glitch in the unity forum, not the seller.

I had no problems with buy a mod from the market. Payed by credit card and download direct after transmission. So its not on the market software.

Yea, i saw you purchaced one from me. You and one other person who did around the same time both went through without problems. The rest of them, which is many do not go through.

It is a market problem. I am not sure of the reason. Perhaps time zones, currency types or just plain luck, but it is still a problem with the market.

I had no problem using swreg ccard processing, but I hate paypal and what they stand for so i try not to use it.

They write ttheir own laws - and if anyone trusts them - they are nuts OR misinformed! -- I would buy a lot more stuff here if there was alertpay OR?

I believe you have it the other way around. Or maybe you're half-right: both are shady.
