Facebook and Twitter Buttons under every resource

Hi All,

I am looking for the following functionality in dolphin 7.0.4:

Under every resource on my website(photo,video,article,blog post) I need Facebook share button, Facebook Like button and Twitter post button, that will respectively share the resource with facebook, like the resource on facebook and share the resource on twitter.

e.g. if someone hits the share button it should post on his wall on facebook something like:

User1 wan't to share this photo from XXX_Community: http://mycommunity.com.

If you know such module available(not to be mistaken by the existing fully integrated modules that integrade the whole FB or twitter functionality)

We use share options on our site for videos, articles, news etc and simply paste the following code into a html block on the relevant pages?
