Facebook Ultimate Module All in One (Derartmedia) Support

This is being created by myself and NOT the module creator, Deartmedia. (hopefully he will respond here sometimes)

It is intended to allow other module purchasers to post here only about problems and questions with the module.

I purchased the module long ago and had some major problems which Jens, (derartmedia,) took care of.

Others may have the same problems and hopefully they can be addressed here.

If you have the module, could others confirm that the date's for the Facebook imported events are usually 12 hours off, 

i.e.

An event happening today, on Facebook, imported into the Dolphin site shows a event start time usually 12 hours behind the actual event.

the link to fb https://www.facebook.com/events/140929399347689/ event is from 9am to 12pm(noon)

on this page, it show the event starting in 10 hours which is wrong because the event is ongoing now.

The only way to correct this is to manually edit each imported event. This is not an option as I import about 50 events daily.

I've set my server time to my time zone.

I have not sent a message to Jens about this yet, perhaps I will today, he just rarely responds.

Do you know which Dolphin files where changed by derartmedia when he created his amazing FB template?

Sorry for delay on responding, I've had a bit of some issues which I have not figured out yet; I lost my server recently and have been working on it since my return home.

I have not really tried to remove the template, I have some directions on older versions that I have.

What version of the template are you using?

What do you need to reverse?

I have the old version of Derartmedia FB template and when I installed a new template about 2 weeks ago some of the blocks on different pages were missing from admin panel/pages & blocks and my pages got messed up.

The guy who created and installed the new template says that the problem is with derartmedia old template which made changes in Dolphin basic settings. He is very experienced and knows what he's doing.

They tried to uninstall the FB template but it didn't work so my only option now is to reinstall a fresh Dolphin 7.0.9 + the new skin + reinstall all the mods I have. So basically I was trying to find someone on the forum who successfully uninstalled the FB template.

Anyways, that's the story of my adventure now.

Now that I did not notice; I do know that I could not get it removed properly and started a new install.

That's the process i'm about to start. Uninstall and reinstall a fresh Dolphin 7.0.9.

For those still using the Facebook Module, and having issues with the events importing wrong event time along with the wrong with tags, and categories

I have found the correct changes to be made in the "classes" files.

Correcting your time-zones from the default setting of Copenhagen to your location.

anyone interested will need to post version they have.. there are two versions they released.

one from beckmedia and one from deartmedia, both are the same creator and are basically the same module.
