Facebook Likes - Stretched images

Hey,

I am having a bit of an issue with Facebook likes, When facebook shows anything that was liked on my site it just stretches it badly and the picture is not properly visible.

Is there something i can do to fix this?

I thought I would share what I have been doing to try and get around this in order to help others and myself if anyone has any solutions.

I have realised that since there is no actual way of telling Facebook which image to choose (apart from specifying only one image - so every time someone clicks like it shows just one image on facebook), I had to get rid of as many un needed images on my site so that Facebook has no choice but to pick the right one. This is hard...it just loves picking up the most irrelevant image on the page like the online/offline grey and yellow dot!!!

I am doing this mainly so that the ads show on Facebook when someone clicks like and if the photo is bad then no one will bother top check it out!

Firstly, I had to change the thumbnail size of the small images on each ad so that they are bigger and I did this with the help of OKWEB (superstar) and you can find out how here http://www.boonex.com/forums/?action=goto&my_threads=1#topic/Help-please-with-thumbnails.htm 

It did work but for some reason Facebook doest like that image any more and is picking up the dot, so now I have to remove the dots and see where it decides to go next!

I'm thinking to put the Facebook like within the block for the ads as it will be closer and may work, so I will come back to you with the results.

I'm trying to do the same. when someone gives a "Like" any photo on facebook, music or sounds, facebook appears only an image of our logo. I'm not able to deal with the aids they gave me.

You solved it?

 The option I posted is for "one" image site wide, you cannot  use "og:image" if you want photos of the liked pages..

You also may want to look at this, not sure if it's what you want.
