Facebook Inviter not working

I setup the App for Facebook according to all the screenshots you provided on your postings. When I click the Connect Button in the Inviter screen, it connects fine but says "You are connected. The Friend list may take a while. One moment please.

It just sets there and never populates. I've went through the Facebook App many times, and even recreated new ones and get the same result.

I'm using the latest version of Dolphin 7.0.7. and also have the Facebook Connect installed. I've read alot of good reviews on your program and I really need this to work before I launch my website to the public.

Your help is appreciated.

There is a support forum for this product. Please use it instead.

My records show this purchase was made Jan 11, 2011.

It is impossible to provide a refund this late. It should have installed and tested long before this. The module is not compatible with 100% of all sites and modules.

I will need site url, and full access to check install of the module and possible incompatibilities with other module.

In the future, please do not wait any more than a month to install and test a module. Refunds cannot be provided beyond 60 days in most cases.

I also need to know what browser you are using. Internet Explorer 9 requires a template patch be installed which is in the instructions.

I didn't ask for a refund. Just wondered if you knew what the problem could be since I'm sure it's happened before. DM

By the way, I had already put in the IE patch you spoke about. I've tested it on Opera, IE, and Firefox and get the same results. It's not a browser issue and I'm using the Facebook connect module that came with the Dolphin software. If you read me first posting thoroughly you would see I didn't say anything that should have gotten you so defensive and upset. Your reply was a little insulting and judgemental. I was simply making a basic request for suggestions. Hope you have a better rest of the day. DM

Yes, it has happened before, and a couple of those possible causes do not have a solution, and would require a refund.

Possible causes. Most common listed first.

1) Facebook account used to log into inviter blocked from sending invites. Try a different facebook account.
2) Testing with IE 9 and template patch not installed. Try firefox to verify.
3) Curl extension not installed on server.
4) One of the modules files damaged. Try re-uploading.
5) Incompatibility with and existing module.
6) Other issue with server.

I have seen issues 5 and 6 occur only 2-3 times. All cases required refunds because the problem could not be located and corrected. This is the reason modules should be testing on your site as soon as possaabel after purchace to make sure it is compatable with the server and other modules.

Sorry, i did not mean to sound that way.

I just prefer that modules be tested shortly after purchase so i can provide refund if needed. This module especially due to the possible incompatibilities.
