Facebook Connect Button 7.1??

Now that my bright shiny new setup of V7.1 is up and running, I would like to add the facebook connect button, however it looks like the 7.1 version has had radical code alterations. Anyone tell me how to add it in the latest version please?

In addition.... Due to the generosity of my mate Terry, I am using Deano's Facebook connect, which I heartily advise anyone to get. It is way more than simply connect using your facebook account. This DOES come with idiot proof instructions for adding a Facebook connect button instead of the drop-down on the login block. However what I am after is instructions on what I need to put in the code so that I can add a facebook Connect button to a site simply using the boonex fb connect. I cannot use the code in Deano's package firstly cos its his, and secondly because it is integrated with his package. There was one for earlier Dolphin versions, however I am doubtful that this will work on 7.1

Yes it will. The one for older versions was a modified version of my code. And i was the one who posted it.

It just needs to be rewritten to point to the proper facebook connect and the proper image. Not a big deal.

Thanks for that Deano. will play with it later on. .... I do have a facebook connect problem, (no, not limited to your excellent product) When I select facebook connect, I get the error message 'this content cannot be displayed in a frame, click to open in a new window) Using ie9 on windows 7. on clicking to open in a new window all is fine... in a new window, and is running as an app. (Bet you tell me this is a facebook prob not a vacebook connect by boonex (or Deano) problem :)

If your trying to load your site on the facebook side in a iframe. Then yes. It will not work. Many things with authentication do not function in a iframe, and facebook is enforcing that restriction.

You cannot put there website in a iframe either. Facebook does not allow it.

Just so that you are aware of the proper use of the canvas side on facebook. Those canvas settings are intended for use by canvas apps. For example all of the games that exist on facebook are canvas apps.

Your website is not a canvas app.

Below is the legacy version of the Boonex site, maintained for Dolphin.Pro 7.x support.
The new Dolphin solution is powered by UNA Community Management System.
