After testing this on your site, I found that my post shows up on FB as: "John Smith commented on a link: Cool site! http://www.facebook.com/71b/profile.php www.facebook.com"

The link is wrong, and of course there isn't a preview image of the page to where the comment was generated.

Has anyone here experienced the following, Comment posted on Dolphin site>shows up in FB>reply posted on comment in FB>click FB notification>redirected back to Dolphin site>comment not visible on Dolphin site. It appears that the only way to view the reply from FB on the Dolphin site, is to refresh numerous amount of times. The mod is awesome, but i can't view nor my members view the reply which was done on FB, which should appear on the Dolphin site. So again, just in case there is no misunderstanding, the mod is a great idea, but if someone here can help?

Everyday is a new beginning.

it looks like the cron job on your server was not set up by second but minutes. if you're able to see comments from facebook on Dolphin after refreshing a few times that shows that data from FB is integrated into Dolphin (that's great), but the cron job just doesn't update the data fast enough for you to see it right away.

  1. I have commented a... Neuky Boii  for start ;) Hi is he?
  2. I would like to know how can I change facebook comments design fom my own. There are classes like:
  • .composer
  • .mainCommentForm
  • .uiTextareaNoResize
  • .uiTextareaAutogrow

How can I change them? I know they are fb api classes, but we can change them, but how?

The comments plugin allows changing the theme. There are two options that Facebook has made available (light and dark). I have recently released an update that allows configuring the theme in the admin settings for the mod.

Nothing is wrong with the settings. I have personally logged into your admin panel and updated the settings myself. The patch was not applied on your site. I applied it.

Ok so here is the deal. In modzzz defense i owe him an apology, cause of the option to change the color in fonts. Modzzz if you read this you may want to add it to the read me file. The way to change the colors is by changing the theme, however from my experience you need to enter Facebook Application ID so that it can give you the option in admin panel. I did it and this baby is sweet. If for someone else it works without entering the ID then bless you. As for modzzz sometimes we have so many things going on at the same time that we forget about the little things. I believe in the read me file it says that its optional for the ID, unless i am going blind and missed it. So i hope this helps everyone out. PEACE!

Yes, I have updated this. This is standard fb scheme, but I would like to iterfere much deeper.

I would like to use css, which is delivered by fb. How can I do that?

kinda related question to this mod...

Im using FB comments for Ultimate Articles and have removed regular comments.

However, when an article shows in outline on my homepage, it still shows the regular comment count which of course will be 0 due to me having replaced comments with FB comments...

this means even if an article has 20 FB comments on it, it will still show on outline as 0 comments...

Is there a simple fix for either of the following..

either link up the FB comments to outline

or (most likely more simple) - remove the comments feed/count on the outline for the module.

Im fine with the second solution which would prob be far easier.

Anyone know where and what to change to remove this link though?

diahlo and accept - To remove comments from the articles outline :

In modules\modzzz\articles\templates\base\wall_post.html and modules\modzzz\articles\templates\base\wall_post_grouped.html

Find and remove this :

        <div class="wall-comments bx-articles-wall-comments" id="wall-comment-__post_id__">
            __comments_content__
