First Boonex does not have a support system. The good people here on the forum is the boonex support. It is not the software or boonex you are mad at. It is the fly by people you give your money to do work that they don't know how to do what you want and how you want.. Don't go blaming it on the boonex system. You have to blame yourself for the pattern you are following three times. Now are this people active helping others on the site? Maybe you should ask questions on the forum to find the right people.. Then don't give all the money up front half and last half when work is done right.. Do it as a business and you have to think it as a business.. Why not hire the real programers here that have a good rep.. 

Ask for references.  Set a payment schedule; never pay in full up front; you don't do that for other things you should not do that for web work.
