I believe I am having an issue with FFMPEG on my server. My host support can upload videos but I cannot. I did succeed with a sample windows video upload but thats it. All others give Undefined error message. So my host has asked to check the location of the extension and how to change the path.

have tried .mpg and .flv video file without problem. My only guest is
that .wmv file extension is not supported with dolphin. Do you every
upload .wmv video before because I have no clue on this error since it
doesn't look like system error. As I checked Dolphin community, there
are a lot of people who upload video have the undefined error message.
Or it can be the path to ffmpeg is different from our. Most script
default is /usr/bin/ffmpeg and our is /usr/local/bin/ffmpeg. You should
ask which file to edit to change that path."
Any help is appreciated. The video uploads worked in the past, music uploads work without any issues as well.
