Excelisys

Has anyone ever heard of a company called Excelisys?

I've been doing a lot of research and I think they are a good team of developers. I am getting ready to drop about 30 grand onto them for a project I am building. Was wondering if anyone here had any insight into them....

Cool

I'm trying to decide if you're being paid by them or not.

Paid by them?

I am developing a new piece of software to run my impound/parking lot management company with. Do you have any info that would be helpful?

I've never heard of them before. I can consult my magic bowling ball, though.

for 30k on here you could hire one of the best on here and come out with a lot of change and a better  product.

Just an oppinion of corse, but don't hire a team you don't know..... Hire one of the pro's (top 3 on here) to do the work.

We just paid 4k for a Huge and very complicated system of intigrated custom mods to be built. It is almost finished 2 weeks before the deadline and the product is fantastic. We are so pleased with what we have been able to get done. It looks and works great.

No, I do not think any one person can build an effective application of the complexity that I need. If you are using Boonex as a reference, don't. I don't see a lot of teamwork from the base crew. You only need look at their history with Dolphin and lack of ever completely finishing a project here to see that.

To be fair, I hear the NEXT BIG THING is pretty hard to pass up.

We didnt think anyone could build what we wanted. But he did it in good time and to budget. I'd never use boonex as a reference as I know how bad it is. I just use one oft he top developers on here for a lot less that the cost of hireing an external team...

Ok, this thread has gotten off track. I'm really not interested in what everyone thinks I ought to do or ought to not do. All I'm interested in is whether anyone has ever had dealings with Excelisys or heard anything about them

Thanks...
