Events module issues

Good afternoon everyone,

I was wondering if anyone is having the same issue Im having with the "Events" module and the issue consist in the "Join event" button, when a member is trying to join certain event the result is none, is was brought to my attention and when I checked this is what Im getting "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 403 (Forbidden)" can someone tell me why is doing this and the solution to it. I could suggest to check web-server setting for any additional modules which can restrict access to the some server resources. Also I would suggest to check different events and different profiles, if they have the same problem.
