Events module issue

I added a new event, but it's not showing up on the events homepage, neither on the site's homepage.

It's only appearing on the events/browse/upcoming page

you need to configure a block on the homepage somewhere for the event to appear, bro.

No, I already found the problem.

I quoted out the privacy settings block which results in this issue.

I'll have to find another solution to make these privacy settings invisible.
