Events Flexibility

Will events (and more broadly Dolphin) have the flexibility to have more than just Man and Woman choices?  I want to include children as well.  Also, when I join to an event I'd like to join for more than just a single person as in the case of signing up the family.  I also want to be able to buy more than a single ticket to an event and buy tickets and varying prices (2 Adult, 2 Children, 1 Senior, 1 Baby(free)).  Perhaps this is already available via the admin window, but this would be a big gap for me for events if it isn't there.
