Event join button missing

As mentioned in the title : there is no 'join' button on the event view page. Members cannot join an event.

Created event also doesn't appear on the events homepage. Only when you click on 'upcoming', it's showing.

I think this post is out-dated. In the latest version there is a join button :-)

I have the same problem.  Noway to join an event.

Can anybody help?
