Esoteric line of text - Wall block

There is a line of text on the top of the Profile page Wall block header: "Shindig requires the json extention, see http://www.php.net/json for more info ".

What is that for ??? Will a common user know what to do with this info ???

I would probably contact your host to see if they have json extension on your server.
