Escrow Payment 7.3

Hello.
This is a support forum for our Escrow Payment 7.3 module.

Can you explain a little more how this mod works? 

Should I presume that it works in the following manner...

Member #1 offers a good/service

Member #2 wants to purchase

Member #2 pays money to Site Owner in Escrow

Member #1 performs service/sells good

Once both Member #1 & 2 confirm satisfaction the Site Owner releases funds to Member #2 to finalize everything.

If that's not it then please clarify. Also, is there the ability to add on a service fee for the escrow feature?
