Error within Error log

hello is anyone able to shed any light on the following Error message i am receiving

scripts/BxTemplFunctions.php on line 23 

the error log is located in /flash/ folder and the full error message is as follows

[29-Nov-2017 02:33:43 UTC] PHP Warning:  Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/user/public_html/webaddress/TheHub/templates/tmpl_socialmedia/scripts/BxTemplFunctions.php on line 23

Sorry forgot to add this is the Statement that the system has a issue with

foreach($GLOBALS['oTemplConfig']->aSite as $szTempKey => $szTempVal)
