Error when running red5.sh

I've followed all instructions in regards to Java and RMS, now when I run ./red5.sh I get this:

Can someone direct me to proper files to edit?

ETA: Ok, after looking around the net, I see this is a version conflict between my JRE and RMS files. Even though I know this, I'm still left not knowing how to resolve it. :)

Try getting the latest version of Java and set ray to use it instead of a pre-existing version of java you may have had on your server. Let me know if you need help with this...
