Error producing security image

Hey, here I just met my first problem. Can someone please help me? I do not know how to fix this!

During installation, it stood at Image Magic that it was installed. Before installation, I was in VHM and installed Image Magic. There were several options, so I chose the first in the list. I'm not so good at installing things. It is a Unix server.

Create a support ticket with your host and request them to take care of this for you.  It will be much quicker and easier to let them install the items they need than to try and do it yourself or for us to explain it if your not familiar with the entire process.

They will not help me. Is there anyone here that I can trust who can give me remote control help? via Logmein?

This is not an item that we can fix for you, regardless of how much access you give us to your server unless it's a fully dedicated server and you give us root access, which I personally would not want the responsibility of.  Tell your host to fix the problem with imagekick or move to a host that will support you.  Why would you ever pay a host who is not willing to click a mouse and turn on something as simple as Imagekick or gd library? 

The company that my hoster is Norted.com they just changed owners and I have not received response from the company for several weeks. it appears that Support does not work or something. I have access to my VHM panel. where should I appear able to do everything possible. There will be one of my personal computer that is logged into the root / VHM so I can constantly monitor what is happening and no password will not be visible. And I can constantly interrupt the supply so no need to feel that they are taking on some sensitive responsibility.

Sorry if I'm difficult to understand, I'm from Norway and is poor in English.

Killerhaii or Sammie, can one of you guys take this for him.  It would be a lot easier for someone to walk this one through it in his own language instead of the language barrier I'll have with him. No offense Jeetix.

What I can suggest is this:  If your having an issue contacting your host, new owner or not, and it's been weeks since you've received a response then you need a new host.  That simple.  Killerhaii or Sammie can point you in the right direction with all of this and no need to deal with it in English as they both speak your language if I remember correctly.

Thank you smansakra.  You helped me resolve this issue, by checking my gd library, I had unchecked the box, in admin control advanced settings, when I was making some changes.  All back to normal now.  Thanks again.
